BPC-157 is one of the most recognisable materials in regeneration-focused research. It is commonly selected for projects exploring connective-tissue repair, tendon and muscle condition, vascularisation and mucosal integrity.
Each vial contains 5 mg of lyophilised peptide. Good water solubility makes working solutions easier to prepare, while the batch number and certificate of analysis provide clear quality documentation. For research use only.
Form: lyophilised powder, white to off-white, in a glass vial closed with a butyl rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Content: 5 mg of peptide per vial. Purity: not less than 99 % by HPLC with UV detection, identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. CAS number: 137525-51-0.
Every vial carries a batch number that ties it to its certificate of analysis. The material ships from a warehouse in Poland, packed with cushioning; a cold pack is added on request.
Store the sealed vial of lyophilisate at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture; under these conditions the material holds its declared parameters for many months. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening, so that water vapour does not condense on the cake.
Laboratory reconstitution is normally carried out with bacteriostatic water, added slowly down the inner wall of the vial so that the stream does not hit the lyophilisate directly. Swirl the vial gently until dissolved – do not shake, because aerating the solution promotes peptide aggregation. Keep the resulting solution at 2–8 °C, shielded from light, and treat it as material of limited shelf life; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is intended for research and laboratory purposes only. It is not a medicinal product, a food supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device, and it is not approved for use in humans or in animals. It is not suitable for consumption, for administration by any route, or for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
The material should be handled by qualified personnel in a laboratory equipped in line with applicable occupational safety rules, using personal protective equipment. Keep out of the reach of children.
Mechanism
Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before work.
