This blend brings together three complementary research areas: BPC-157 is associated with repair processes, GHK-Cu with skin condition, collagen and the extracellular matrix, and TB-500 with cell mobility, vascularisation and tissue renewal.
One vial contains 10 mg of BPC-157, 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 mg of TB-500. The shared lyophilised cake simplifies projects using all three components at a fixed ratio, without preparing separate vials. The material is for research use only.
Vial composition: BPC-157 at 10 mg, synthetic pentadecapeptide, purity not less than 98% by HPLC; GHK-Cu at 50 mg, copper tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, purity not less than 98% by HPLC; TB-500 at 10 mg, synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment, purity not less than 98% by HPLC. Total lyophilisate mass: 70 mg.
Form: a shared cake in a type I glass vial with a chlorobutyl rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Appearance: a cake ranging from pale blue to blue-violet from the copper complex; the colour is a property of the material, not a sign of contamination. A certificate of analysis is issued for each component separately. Solvent is not included.
Unopened vials are stored at -20 °C, in the dark and at low humidity, and brought to room temperature before opening. Solvent volume is chosen against the total mass of 70 mg, with the concentration of each peptide in the finished solution following from the fixed 1:5:1 ratio.
Bacteriostatic or sterile water is added slowly down the wall of the vial without shaking; once dissolved, the solution takes on a distinct blue colour. The copper complex is sensitive to light and to strongly alkaline conditions, so the solution is kept at 2-8 °C and protected from light, and a shift to green or brown, or the appearance of a precipitate, is grounds for discarding the material. The usable life of the solution is established by the laboratory own stability protocol.
This material is supplied for research and laboratory purposes only. It is not a medicinal product, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device. It is not intended for ingestion or for any use in humans or animals.
The reagent may be handled only by trained personnel, in a designated area and with personal protective equipment. Do not store together with food. Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons. Sold exclusively to research users.
Mechanism
Each component has its own vial and its own specification; nothing is blended before dispatch.
