BPC-157 and TB-500 bring two popular peptides from the recovery research field into one vial. The blend is associated with projects involving tissue repair, tendon and muscle condition, mobility, vascularisation and cellular renewal processes.
The vial contains 5 mg of each component, 10 mg in total at a fixed 1:1 ratio. A shared lyophilised cake means one solution preparation instead of two, simplifying protocols that use both materials at equal concentrations. For research use only.
Vial composition: BPC-157 at 5 mg, synthetic pentadecapeptide, purity not less than 98% by HPLC; TB-500 at 5 mg, synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment, purity not less than 98% by HPLC. Total lyophilisate mass: 10 mg.
Form: a shared cake in a type I glass vial with a chlorobutyl rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Appearance: white to off-white cake. The certificate of analysis covers each component separately, with HPLC and mass spectrometry results. Solvent is not included.
Unopened vials are stored at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, and brought to room temperature before opening. Solvent volume is chosen against the total mass of 10 mg, keeping in mind that the two peptides are present in equal amounts, so each reaches the same concentration in the finished solution.
Bacteriostatic or sterile water is added slowly down the inner wall of the vial, never onto the cake, and the contents are not shaken; swirl gently until the solution is clear. The solution is held at 2-8 °C, protected from light, for a limited period established by the laboratory own stability protocol.
